The owner was absolutely amazing, always ready to fix anything that came up. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, with shops and takeaways just a stone's throw away, and buses to the city centre within a few minutes' walk. Communication with the proprietor was excellent, especially with our delays due to the storms. The apartment was spotless, parking was a breeze with the permit provided, and we loved trying out the local eatery, Red Oven. It was great for our family of three, with my teenager comfortably sleeping on the sofa bed. The value for money was fantastic and the neighborhood was incredibly peaceful.

Very spacious and quiet. Location is very convenient, only a short distance by taxi or bus to the city center. There are many attractions nearby and basic shops just around the corner. Our host was extremely helpful and a great host. The apartment was lovely, warm, and had great facilities.
Although overall a positive experience, there were a few minor areas that could have been improved. The apartment could use a few more finishing touches to truly live up to its "luxury" title.

It is within walking distance to local shops and eateries, such as the Red Oven. the owner is very nice and ready to solve any potential issue, providing good communication. the kitchen is well-provided with necessary equipment. It is also worth mentioning that the flat is clean and works well for families, with a sofa bed available for teenagers.
Some parts of the house could benefit from renovation, such as the washing machine needing cleaning.

Airports are always a delight, towels offered in the apartment were a nice touch, and who knew Birmingham had such exciting attractions like Winterbourne House and Arena Birmingham?
Just loved the feeling of taking my own towels on a vacation. So nostalgic.

The 1-bedroom apartment at Modern Luxury Central Apartment in Birmingham was a cozy and comfortable space. The living room with a flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area made it easy for me to prepare my own meals. The bedroom provided a peaceful retreat, and the bathroom with a shower was convenient. I felt right at home during my stay.
The only thing I didn't love was the lack of a bathtub. But hey, that's just my personal preference!
